Basically, you compete in a fast-paced challenge that is not THAT difficult. Then, when someone completes the challenge, they earn the first spoon (aka a spot in the next round). They post in the thread, and as soon as that happens, the other contestants must also grab spoons in order to advance to the next round. One challenge per day usually. It's based on a card game!
