Here are my hints. I have homework to do, so I'll leave it completely up to y'all to figure out the order I used
EARTH
1. Solid entry but rather static.
2. I liked some of the lines/images, but the song mostly confused me.
3. I like the theme of this song a lot. My biggest gripe is that there’s no movement.
4. I think this follows the theme but I’m also kind of stickler for stuff making sense and some of these lyrics just don’t.
FIRE
1. A few lines were a little forced, but for the most part I actually loved this.
2. I liked some of the lines but others felt either pedestrian or clumsy.
3. Some of the lines were too literal/transparent but overall it was good.
4. Some of the imagery is confusing/awkward but good rhythm.
WATER
1. I would have scored it even higher if it didn’t slip out of the water theme.
2. The song’s biggest problem is that it’s way too wordy.
3. This song feels a tad lazy to me.
AIR
1. I have barely anything bad to say about this.
2. Pleasant… There were a few clunky lines.
3. I think it has some real pleasant phrases and nice imagery, but too much of it feels really familiar.
4. A lot of this was kind of clunky.
