The man, who wishes to remain unidentified, was taken to the hospital on September 15th after experiencing intense back pain. He was heavily sedated and laying down on a hospital bed while ER technician Rene Martinez checked on him.
The patient was horrified when 51-year-old Martinez began to fondle his genitals. Fortunately, the victim had enough control over his body to start filming on his mobile phone, which he propped up on his shoulder.
In the footage above, Martinez was captured sliding his hand into the patient’s boxers and fondling him before leaving the room. The footage only shows the second time Martinez molested the victim.
