The victim blaming.

The video isn't very compelling evidence. I mean, he was awake and aware enough to record the incident (and we see him moving a bit in the beginning, getting the right angle) so the nurse CLEARLY saw that he was up and moving but he still did it and was able to be secretly recorded? I'm not saying it's not sexual assault because it very well could be, but just this video alone is not great evidence. But as someone else said, you could probably find so many weenies on an app or something like, leave your patients alone

If you're willing to sexually assault someone under sedation, chances are you're not against the idea of filming in a sexual situation. Also, if this was the patient's second time being molested, chances are he was resigned to "letting the man have his way," per se, so that way he could get proof and put the mother****er away. If he didn't get the proof, the worst the hospital could realistically do is fire the nurse and hope other victims come forward.

In some states filming is illegal without the consent of both parties.

This post is revolting. Are you really upset that a victim captured evidence of their sexual abuser and came forward with it?
