Ask for help. Tell your close friends and family how you feel. You never know, maybe they've been through the same so they could advice you. If nothing, ask for professional help. It's not something you should be ashamed of. Good luck.

the thing is i dont have friends even in school i always end up being by myself
I overthink a lot when doing things..
Like walking down stairs.. I always think about what could happen.. I could twist my ankle and break my neck.. or just really weird things like that... and it really does stress me out.
I'm the same way at school when taking tests.
It has me depressed as well.. Just school has me so paranoid.
Overthinking is seriously a disease. If you do too much of it, it'll destroy you. I really struggle with it with my college work too, it's not fun. Just keep on reminding yourself that most of the stuff is only in your head. Listening to 'W.A.Y.S' by Jhene Aiko, it always makes me feel a lot better
