I have no one. Everyone close to me let me down last year, I thought they would hear me out because of my depression, but I had to deal with it alone. No back up...

I passed through the worst part of depression, the part with physical symptoms, but I know it's not over yet. I just wish I had friends here (all my closest ones moved after High School), apparently my family heard about me in town and I turn people off even though I'm just being social I hate this desert, I need to move to a city

I used to but in the past couple of months I've gotten a lot better about not doing it. I've realized that a lot of the time when I overthink or worry about things they end up being fine in the end and that realization has helped me a lot. I've kind of learned that overthinking won't change the outcome of anything and that you might as well just face difficult situations with as much confidence as possible and accept that you can't control everything. Sometimes things will turn out better than you thought, sometimes they will turn out worse, but that's life.

Yes and it's ruining my life more and more everyday.
