Microsoft to SLAY 2015 in gaming
Microsoft “Going in Hard” in 2015 Holiday Season; Quantum Break on Xbox One Targeting September
2015 will be the second full year of life of the new generation of consoles, and according to industry insider shinobi602, who is normally well informed and reliable in what his sources share with him, mentioned that Microsoft has big plans for the holiday season.
Shinobi also elaborated further, mentioning that he’s talking about more than Halo 5: Guardians, Tomb Raider, and other known exclusives, and we’re looking mostly at titles developed in-house. His sources did not bring up Crackdown as a 2015 game, but he explained that Quantum Break is targeting a September release date.
After a while, he also mentioned that Sony has some hard hitters in the pipeline as well, and there are “All kinds of good things for XB1 and PS4 owners” coming.
Of course, as it’s usual with this kind of information coming from insiders, it should be taken with a grain of salt despite Shinobi’s usual reliability (for instance he described Guerrilla Games’ new RPG’s leaked key artwork to a T months before it actually surfaced).
One thing is for sure: the battle for console supremacy next year is going to be even more heated than the one we’re seeing in 2014.

Well we all knew this, but Microsoft went harder than anyone else this year too. Lol

There's nothing on their lists that rivals Zelda in 2015.
Wii U is going to have the best exclusive line-up for the third year in a row

It's funny cause Zelda won't sell wii us though.
This is kinda reaching thread considering PS4 has the best lineup next year.
Bloodborne, The Order, Guerilla Games new IP, Persona 5, Final Fantasy Type Zero(lets face this, this won't sell xbones considering FF fans are mostly PS fans.) Dragon Quest Heroes, Ratchet and Clank remake, Tearaway port, Until Dawn and Uncharted 4. Heck the inevitable Uncharted Trilogy remastered edition would put down everyone to King Nate's knees.
Like them gerls paying cheap manicures shouldn't have gone to the party.

Not Quantum Break being September. Remedy need to get their **** together and make games faster.
Not Crackdown not even being 2015.
MS does have a better exclusive line up imo though. Although, not by much.

Final Fantasy is multiplatform though.
Xbox has Halo 5, Quantum Break, Scalebound, Screamride, Rares new IP, Rise of the Tomb Raider, inevitable Gears of War trilogy, Fable Legends, the two new IP's from internal studios, Phantom Dust, and the unannounced new IP's Phil Spencer keeps teasing.
That's not to mention the entire console reworking with Windows 10 and DX12.
Its looking to lean in Microsoft's favor.

It's about quality and not sales. Bayonetta 2 may not even reach 1M sales but at this point, it looks like it will be GOTY.
I like PS4 and I'm glad they're getting good exclusives (I'm okay with XB1, too, because I have one of each), but they're not very good "exclusive" consoles, imo.

Ummm. Microsoft owns some of the best exclusive franchise's of all time lol
Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, Halo, Gears of War, Panzer Dragoon, Fable, and thats not even half. If Microsoft does like they say they will this gen and use all of those, they'll be the best exclusive machine this generation.

Hahaha you're still trying this?
Nobody cares for previously Sony-exclusive games on Xbox lol
Not when you can't even play anything on 1080p.
Not when KH3 is being released for the PS4 next year.
Not when FF XV is coming.
Not when GT7 is being prepared and the new MGS is coming too.
Sales don't mean everything, but quality says it all.
Sony remains unbothered.

Wait a minute! Perfect Dark? You do realize you're talking about a previously exclusive game for the N64 LOL Banjo Kazooie was also for the N64.

PS4 will own 2015. Wii U has the best exclusives right now, but that will change in 2015 to PS4.

This year has been absolutely dreadful though, so that really does not mean that much.

It's a shame no one cares. They have faded and with good reason, their policies are despicable.

I'm a bit ignorant to corporate policies, could you inform me to what makes Microsoft so despicable?

I'm sorry you're not informed? Microsoft now owns Rare, which in turn grants them ownership of Rares IP including Perfect and Banjo lol

That's cute and all, but they don't have Uncharted 4, so good luck I guess?
