That's your opinion. I thought Silver Linings was overrated. I literally heard about it all the time, didn't care to watch it, watched it, and it wasn't bad, but I didn't understand the hype. I didn't hear very much about The Perks, but what I did hear was great, I left leaving with some sort of feeling, that a lot of things, especially movies don't give to me very often.
I liked the book for Perks though, never read one (if there even is one?) for the other so.
