Amazing film. Among my favorites of all time, it relates so much to me sans the suicide attempt and rape and is just flawless. I could say a ton about it but I can just wrap it all up by saying it's a really fantastic masterpiece and I'm glad I decided to view it, even without reading the novel.


Oh no, sis. SLP was amazing. Yes, Perks was better but they're both fantastic. My mom didn't like it either and I seriously couldn't understand why. It starts a tad slow but once it goes in, it really goes in.
You probably won't enjoy it since you didn't like SLP. Or you'll just like the acting but not the storyline.

I watched it almost 2 years ago and I was depressed for like a week because I was upset that the movie ended Its one of my all-time favorites and it really made me re-evaluate my life.

Watched it last night, it was decent. Nothing extraordinary, but I enjoyed it.

I really liked it, although it was kind of hard for me to connect to the movie in certain ways.

For some reason Short Term 12 popped into my head, although they aren't that similar.

I had to study this movie, scene to scene, analyzing the hell out of it. I enjoyed and found it touching the first time round, but after the 6th time within 3 weeks I got over it. Thanks for reminding me about this movie, I need to re-watch it again!
