Know anyone that's going through or has been through the Menopause? My mother is currently menopausal and my goodness is she completely bat **** crazy these days. I feel sorry for her but I just cannot stand to be around her right now. Any advice?

I thought women just got hot flushes. Does it make them mean as well?
They get mood swings too although perhaps symptoms are different for people? I was reading up and apparently it can last from anything between 2 years to 10 years . chile I cannot deal with this for another 9 years .
