Some say The Lorde is global while some say she's local. Which is which?

I would say local.

Very local.

She definitely went global with Red.

Of course she's global, she's selling singles and albums all over the world. Even though the majority of her sales are from the U.S., RED sold a good 2-3 million copies outside the U.S., which is more than what some of our fave's last albums sold WORLDWIDE.

Semi-global.

She is half global. Without Europe on track it would be impossible to call Taylor fully global.

Local. I don't believe she's sold more than at least 3 million albums outside of the US with an album.

Edit: I wouldn't call her COMPLETELY Local, considering she does decently in like 3 or 4 other countries on a regular basis, but she's much more local than global.

Local, she had a hit outside tho.

She's still barely known in Europe overall. Hope that'll change with 1989.
