I don't think she's local at all. She might not have the same international success like the big pop divas but that doesn't mean that she's local. Her last two albums "Speak Now" & "Red" were huge international sellers and most of the singles from Red (We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, I Knew You Were Trouble & 22) have all succeeded on international single charts.
