Should the nickname rule be abolished?
Atrl has a strict nickname rule. I got a WP for referring Taylor as "The Lord" earlier
Do you think that as long as the nickname isn't malicious, the rule should be abolished?

It's a stupid rule. Yes it should be abolished unless the nickname is offensive/shady.

Obviously. Unless your nickname is flamebait there is no reason to warrant having this rule in place

I thought "The Lord" was allowed.
But no, we are not in sixth grade coming up with PoopGa and etc.
Endearing names like SlayGa are equally annoying.

I think it should be abolished period. I love to call artists names, be them positive or negative. Plus if Legend X is allowed why the others not?

No. Nicknames are useless. Half the time they won't actually make sense for the artist, and are confusing and bothersome for general conversation.
The shady ones obviously should be banned more than the flattering ones, but even then it just is messy.

It should only apply to nicknames that modify a name. (AKA adding "sus" to the end of a name, for example).

only the flamebait names should be warnable
names like "FameGa" are harmless and shouldn't be WP worthy

Have no idea, but perhaps because it doesn't actually modify her name. I believe The Lorde when referring to Lorde is allowed as well.
