BEYONDLORD! She's been around since the 90s, works hard for her career, makes fun relatable music, is a natural humanitarian, and beautiful inside and out.

That would be Beyoncé. Even though I still don't think B's created anything as earth shatteringly amazing as Bad Romance or Alejandro...

Beyoncé, Gaga needs to be around longer and prove that she can continuously push forward in the medium for her to deserve it.

Beyoncé, she has had some of the most iconic/influential videos in recent history, and releasing a visual album has just put her well beyond her peers. Gaga is on the right track though!

Neither. Both have stale videographies. Beyonce only has one iconic video (Single Ladies) and Lady Gaga has a couple (Poker Face and Bad Romance), but overrall, neither's videos had the level of impact of their peers (Britney Spears, Rihanna, Katy Perry, P!nk, Christina Aguilera, etc.) who consistently deliver great videos.
