Not right away, I wil wait for some changes they make and if they **** it up even more than they have already, no way. If they make improvements then yes.
MAYBE after a few EP because the base game and Create A Sim look very plain.
Nonetheless its a few steps back. I dont really like the blurred graphics with no deep textures and the loading screens again.
No, they should have just created a stuff pack called 'Emotions' for TS3 and called it a day. This doesn't look anything major was brought to the table.
It can be hacked. It takes ages though.
But if a hack is found out, they simply change the code and suddenly you're back at square one.
That's why Steam has taken off. It's basically easier to pay for it than it is to try and hack it.
Oh dear. Even Simcity 2013 which was supposed to be able to be played only online was hacked. Hackers made the original files offline, non steam dependent and you can illegaly download it now without even installing Steam.
It just depends on demand of the game. And The Sims series is a game with huge demand in game world. Some hackers are more skilled than these so called programmers who make game protection.
Waiting to see more like if they charge for pools, reviews, and how the loading screens work. I am cautiously optimistic but also pessimistic at the same time.
Yeah, I will. I'm not a big fan of how much things they failed to bring, but a lot of Sims's appeal for me has been having the Sims interact with each other. Also, when I moved, I had to give up most of my Sims games so it makes more sense for me.

They can try doing it that way, but sadly even the physical versions of the game are going to be DRM. The Sim City games only had standard DRM through Steam and Origin as program's.
This game requires it to continuously be connected to the internet, in order to play (which sucks).
