Not at all. I was the only "straight" guy in my group of friends in middle school (accepted it by the end.) I shocked everyone when I came out although it really shouldn't have at all seeing as my group was all gay guys and girls.
No. I can't remember a time when I ever thought of being gay as wrong or bad. I might have thought of it as unusual at one point because I didn't know much about it but that's as far as it goes.

Yes. I thought it was a choice and it's unnatural. Luckily it was before puberty, and I slowly began to tolerate gays. Then I found out I'm gay at the age of 11.
Nope. Even though I was raised to hate homosexuals because of my religion, I never understood why it was wrong. I thought - and I still think - that it wasn't a matter of choice.
