It's true tho. While X-men remains superior in terms of complexity and plot, Avengers series have always been more popular. Just look at the grossing numbers of both franchises.

Did his pool parties get cancelled?

One would hope for an Avengers vs. X-Men movie. That would slay lives.

If Singer plays his cards right he could make the franchise even bigger.

He has a point.. Most of the Avengers have franchises and people know who they are..

But outside of the X-men, you only have Wolverine who most people know..and who has a franchise..

tbh.. Storm, Rogue, Jean Grey, Gambit, Psylocke, etc. could have movies about their life..but how many people would flock to the movies to see them(if they aren't attached with the X-men moniker)..

That would be EPIC. Considering Rogue has beat the Avengers twice(in the comics), that would be nice to see on the big screen.

Basically
