I smoke and my sleep pattern is a huge ****ing mess , I skip a lot of meals
the only good thing is that I jog a lot I have great stamina , also I cycle for LONG distances , so my metabolism is on fire which is a bad thing since I don't eat much and it's not my choice because I just don't have the appetite if I use prescriptions to augment my appetite they have a side effect of making me extremely sleepy and I have school
