Are there no trainers in your gym? If not maybe go look for one that has them to start it will really make everything a lot easier.
There are tons of excersices on the Internet just search google for "exercises for 'insert muscle group' ".
A suggestion would be:
Day 1: Chest,Upper back and triceps.
Day 2: Shoulders,lower back and biceps
Day 3: Legs and stomach
Do around 6 sets for each body part with 8-15 repetitions per set.Every second day
That's a standart plan to start with but I can't stress enough how much easier it will be if you have a trainer.
