If your parents just choose ignore then you have no choice but to bring it up.

Just sit them down (whoever they may be), tell them you've got something to tell them and come out with it. Obvious answer but it will do the trick just fine. Also don't leave the conversation with them doubting you. Make it clear and that you are 100% sure.

Once I did that, my coming out was very natural and quite uneventful tbh. But it was good to not have to go through all the drama/long family talks
