My city is on there and pretty high too, but while it is clearly segregated (with blacks living in one side of the main city, and whites more common on the other) I wouldn't say there is much racism.

It's not really segregation because there are no rules in place.

It's more like...economic divisions. Which tbh, isn't so bad.
