It's not. We just have a nasty ass mess called East St. Louis tacked on to us that skews every single poll we're in. They have made us #1 in STDs, #1 in murders, etc. so many times because we don't count our county as part of our city, but we do count this stupid mess that is in a different state than our actual city

It is the same here in Nashville. North Nashville (specifically, Madison) accounts for 87% of our crimes and the other 12% are in Antioch.

But at least North Nashville is in the same state/attached to your city. East St. Louis is in a different state connected to us by a bridge

And they got the damn nerve to demand we extend more public transportation to them (and pay it for all) because they say that we're holding them back financially and that's why they're committing all of these crimes. We already send them so much money and get so little in return.
