At what volume do you set your music at?
I set mine at max volume and I've got noise cancelling headphones and according to my doctor I'm gonna go deaf in 20 years.

I set mine to ~70% in both iTunes and my computer's actual volume level. I like being able to hear behind me.

until where kitkat displays that message that if I raise up more it can damage my ear
