70%. It depends on the genre. My headphones have a lot of mids and treble but not much bass, so bass heavy stuff is usually louder, and I find myself turning rock down a bit, otherwise it's a bit much.

I accidentally set my volume all the way up a couple days ago and didn't realize it so I turned a song on and nearly had a heart attack from how loud it was and ended up throwing the earphones across the room, I literally don't understand how people can listen to it that loud When I'm listening to music on the computer I only have the volume set to 10 out of 100
