Yeah, they have different release dates. Usually the main Worldwide date is a Thursday anyways, that is probably why Coldplay released it on a Thursday cos it would accomidate most of the other charts round the world.

all I know is coldplay may sell about 800k in the first week than go platinum in the second week or more becasue both of their single are doing really good.

I can't believe i'm gonna say this....but he deserves it. The album is really good, which surprised me....I don't even remember why I downloaded it but I have it and been playing it for days.
