No not really. The quality of her music hasn't increased and she hasn't improved much as a performer, but that's just my opinion. I'm sure she thinks otherwise.

Has her dancing improved? - Last time I saw her dance was Venus at X-Factor, and based on that, no.
Has her voice and vocals developed? - They remain very strong most of the time and shouty/not great at others.

So overall, I don't think so. She started strong and has kind of stayed the same, slight decrease maybe. Perhaps she's just burnt out from having to go so hard for so long.
