Eat less exercise more really is the best way to lose weight. Drinking more water (a lot of the time when you think you're hungry you're just dehydrated) helps. Also maybe get a calorie tracker.
Go on the Japanese paper diet and eat only paper
Or the model diet , where you dip cotton balls in orange juice and eat it
Or the other model diet where you have small mints every few hours

Really, it sucks to hear, but you probably already know how to lose weight. The challenge is the self control that goes along with it.
Drink more water and cut out sugary drinks, lean meats, more green vegetables which regulate your digestive system, increase exercise, and making sure you are living a healthier lifestyle such as getting 7-8 hrs of sleep per night.
Get one of those calorie counter apps and log everything you eat. It will make aware of the things you eat and you will consciously eat less. Also exercise.
No pills or quick tricks will help you. There is no magic ball: eat less and/or exercise more
I have random bouts of weight gain and loss. It's usually because I skip meals + I don't feel like eating.
A lot of people assume that skipping meals will cause you to lose weight when in fact that if you don't get you maintain your BMR correctly by consuming the minimum amt of calories then it'll send your body into starvation mode. This can actually cause you to not lose weight at all and actually gain weight.
