I honestly think that Gaga, in the end, is more intelligent but that Kesha comes close. Gaga probably has a bigger knowledge/is better in music, while Kesha might be better in other things such as language.
I dont mean to be rude, maybe its just because I havent looked for it, but I havent heard kesha say anything that would make me think she's really intelligent.
