Ke$ha is definitely smarter.
When she had more control in her early days, she knew EXACTLY the kind of song that would blow up. Tik Tok might be a stupid pop song, but she re-wrote that song multiple times because she knew that it takes the right kind of song to break out.
If she had more control with Warrior, I have a feeling that Ke$ha would have slayed. She knows what sells and what is pop (hence her writing pop songs for other people).
And this is just industry-wise (smarter in her profession). In general, she used to be able to take Uni courses just for fun because she had a near perfect SAT score.
