I saw American Hustle as well, and I think the problem was not her, but the movie in general.

In my opinion, Ms. Lawrence is a good actress. I loved her performances in 'Winter's Bone' and 'The Poker House'. When I saw those films, I couldn't believe it was the same girl who was on The Bill Engvall Show. She's very versatile.

She is a B. But Hollywood desperately needs a megastar so everyone is playing along.

Yeah! In everything I've seen her in ("House at the End of the Street", "X-Men: First Class", "Silver Linings Playbook" & "The Hunger Games"), she was phenomenal in it! Plays her roles so well!

I only really like her in roles with emotionally distant or bitchy personalities.

However, for happier characters she falls flat for me.
