I disagree. As a long time fan 'I Like It' onward was great for no other reason that it was the first time in a decade it seemed Enrique actually enjoyed and believed in the music he was putting out there. Whether that's because he thought it was a good creative direction or because he strongly felt that was hit material. Personally I think both I mean he fought Interscope over releasing 'I Like It' for two years. I doubt he'd have ever done that for a much of his previous material.
Besides you make it sound as if Pitbull actually had any input into those tracks beyond his rap. All the Enrique tracks that he has featured on were made independently of him. 'I Like It' was originally to feature a different rapper that apparently let him down. Pitbull stepped in at the last minute.

I don't mind both working with RedOne, but by re-using Pitbull on so many of their songs is just awful, it should have stopped at a "return the favour" situation and then just parted their ways for some years. If they go on this way, they will have recorded a whole album worth of collabo's

He's not working with Redone. That being said I kinda agree about Pitbull however I don't think it's too much of a problem. In regards to Enrique the general public are probably are only aware of 'I Like It' it's not like Jennifer were he's been front and center of three much hyped launch singles.
There's also something to be said that there seems to be genuine camaraderie between these artists.

Back when he released 'Finally Found You' he said that he was going to release lots of different songs before the actual album released. Seems to me they are just following that strategy.
Were it gets confusing how each has been marketed. Enrique repeatedly said he didn't view 'Turn The Night Up' as the real first single and he didn't promote it beyond a couple of radio interviews. However it had a Clear Channel deal and a social media push to get it a good start.
'Heart Attack' in comparison had Enrique performing it on a number of high profile TV shows and is generally comes off as getting the treatment a "proper" single gets yet lacks any of the behind the scenes push
Interestingly 'I'm a Freak' has been floating around since 'Finally Found You' was released. A bunch a radio DJs had heard it and pegged it as a huge hit in the making. I'm guessing Universal feel it's their trump card.
