How often do you brush them?
I brush once most of the week because I always forget the second before bed.

In the morning and at night. Depending on what I eat when I'm home, I'll brush again during the day.

Usually twice, though some days I'll do more and some days I may forget or be too tired and only brush once. But on a normal day, twice.

I used to brush twice a day, once in the morning and before bed. I have braces now so I brush at least 3-4 times a day because I eat a lot and sometimes food gets stuff in my braces
