Age is usually a good qualifier, and it's even in used in extreme examples like qualifying the fact that da Vinci was a natural talent after surpassing his highly revered mentor before his 20s.
You've asked an impossible question and haven't offered anything to at least allow us to give a reasonable answer.
Going even further, it could be said that it's likely that both artists involved are natural talents. The only difference being that one is further along in his training and therefore more refined.
