what BS. she's always so happy and excited to share how her mom and her wrote a song about wanting to be like Dahmer and talking about anuses, and NOW the animals are crying cause "she can't show her true self!!11!1!"
get over it. this IS the REAL Ke$ha and y'all are gonna have to deal with it.

Animals knew pre-warrior that this album was not what she wanted
she can't release the music she wants
she has no creative control....
do you even realize the proof in this letter

But, it's actually pretty ****** of the Animals to try and take her away from the guy that literally MADE her. She would be nowhere without Dr. Luke. She signed a contract, too bad! If Dr. Luke thinks she'll do EVEN WORSE next era, I imagine he would drop her out of the contract.
Or keep her in album limbo, in which case, sorry gorl!

I want to ask some of the people who are arguing strongly for this: if Warrior had been a smash success with multiple hits and millions sold WW, would most of you still feel this way? And conversely, if Ke$ha had been allowed to release stuff like Machine Gun Love and flopped, would you be praising her label or would you be mad at them for not taking enough control on the album?
Like I understand the singles thing. I agree that both The Harold Song and Last Goodbye were commercial enough to be released and have at least a chance at success at that her label doesn't want to take a risk, but why just bash Dr. Luke and her label entirely? Personally, I feel Warrior is her best album to date and I know a lot of you feel the same way too, so why are we acting like it sucks or something? I mean, it is her most critically acclaimed album, is it not?
And you guys realize that Ke$ha might not care about having hit songs and selling records, but her label does. They are funding her because they expect to see a return on their investment. That's the nature of a business. If she really feels like there's a certain type of music she wants to make and that it's not commercial and it won't sell records, then she just needs to do all that she can to get out of her contract.

^ No, they would not still feel this way had that been the case. Because we would not be noticing the uncomfortable situation she's in if she had, indeed, smashed. At the same time, I doubt she'd be in a bad situation if she was smashing because things would probably shape up to be fine and there wouldn't be the struggle to "let her do what she wants" because if everyone loved what she was doing, what issue would arise?
I agree that the "Dr. Luke as an antagonist" movement is very much exaggerated but there are close sources to Ke$ha to blame. Pebe herself has chatted with animals and told them that she's in a terrible situation that she can't get out of, being forced to do all kinds of things and what not. You can't blame the animals for listening to close sources to Ke$ha talk about it like this.

A lot of this is BS. I dont condone what RCA are doing with her career but if it wasnt for them and Dr. Luke she wouldnt even have a career. I think for the next album both parties need to work with each other instead of against each other. Let Ke$ha go out and expiriment with different producers, see what sounds she can create and then let Luke or whoever tweek them so that they are more radio friendly. AND ACTUALLY PAY ATTENTION to whats on the radio and whats doing well (not release a carbon copy of a song that was succesful 2 years ago)

Load of rubbish, and most of you would be praising Luke if she was successful with Warrior.
And this is coming from someone who is a HUGE Ke$ha fan too.

Exactly how I feel tbh.
----
I feel like the Dr. Luke dragging & the dragging of her label is a bit too much. Y'all just can't go blaming everybody and their momma now because of how things turned out. Truth be told if the album & it's singles had smashed, this wouldn't even be up for debate.

So reasonable.
And, tbh, I don't really care if her label controls her. If it didn't, I know 'Warrior' would be a MESS due to all her ideas of going to a rock/alternative/indie direction. Not here for that.

Okay, so what do the Animals want us to do? Or is this what they want us to do? Be aware? This is exactly what I expected from big name companies, but what can we do besides read this?

This TBQFH...
No one knows for sure all that happened behind the scenes so you cant say that Dr. Luke or RCA is trying to ruin her career, in fact they are doing the opposite... it just so happens that the latter are really **** at their job. The Music she WANTS to make, mixed with Dance/Pop music, if it is done correctly and with the right timing and promo could be very successful.. the mainstream music industry has changed, its time for RCA to wake up and realise it.
