So everyone always tries to claim Avril flops as hard as Nelly or Xtina, and predict it each era, but she continues to have platinum first singles, tours and sells albums. HTNGU is going to sell 100k+ this week on its 10th week of release... the fact it lasted longer than 2 weeks, and is on its way to selling platinum shows that there is still a market for Avril and potential to smash.

So why did WTH sell 2 million + in U.S. and 3.5 million WW?
How come HTNGU is about to go platinum and sell 2 million WW?
Why can Avril still tour?
Why are her album sales the same as Britney and Beyonce despite no hits?
Why isn't she flopping as hard as Xtina or Nelly as everyone predicts or claims she will?

But she is?

Only the first option makes any sense.

Because her fans actually stuck around her throughout the years and give a **** about her.

Because HTNGU is way more enjoiable than the others first single. at least imo...
