I continue to see this type of slang more & more across the Internet & even radio/TV on a daily basis. What's causing the rise? I think it's funny to read & say to yourself out loud. But personally I could never start normally using it like that lol. Sometimes people are excessive

Underground (and largely black) gay culture and its slang is rising in the mainstream and being adopted by more people (gay or otherwise) who would've otherwise not been exposed to it.
