if I remember correctly, you can still download music and whatever.
You will only be warned if you UPLOAD files.
I watched the video in that link and I'm pretty sure that's what it means.
but it doesn't really apply to me because I have Cox, so I don't know.

I buy most of my music but I wish they would try to slow my internet for a random download of Lotus.

If you guys have Youtube accounts and upload songs by your faves, this is the same thing.
If you upload a song by your fave and it isn't pitched or w/e, it gets blocked sometimes. Sometimes, you will even get a strike.
This is the same thing, and you will understand it if you watch the video (or not, it's only 2 minutes long.)
A strike on youtube = a warning from your ISP
So it only applies if you upload files to Mediafire or whatever site you use.

I have a service provider that most people on here have probably not even heard of so I'm probably safe. I have seeding turned off on all of the *******s I download anyway.
