Yes, and over-bearing. Customer's always have to be right even when they're wrong. I just say yes to everything because I'm not a manager/shareholder/etc.

It just depends on the person. There are lots of people who try to make it difficult for employees, they're the worst.

I work at a Best Buy, right now with all the rumors of the company going out of business and such people are really becoming obnoxious

Yeah, some lady & her husband flipped out on me today, cause they misunderstood (Misread) a package deal.

Threw a product at me. Asked for the manager.

In the end my boss marked the price down, feels great that they get cheaper things for being vile & rude.

Yes, I basically get paid to be yelled at by rude and impatient people every single day.

Someone even came up and yelled at us, because the employees use the same washroom as the customers.

OMG Yes. It's so annoying.

Not as stupid as the amount of "staff" that just forgot they too are customers off-duty.

But I hate salespeople who follow you everywhere in the store. Like bitch f*ck off I'll ask if for asisstance if I needed it.
