True. I mean, I have no problem explaining our polices to people, showing them where it says things, but when they get mad about it, that's the frustrating part. I am just a Guest Service person, I can't make or change the rules because a guest is turning red in the face.
Target just implemented a policy this year where Halloween costumes could not be returned after October 31st. What a mess the past couple days have been... people are so mad about it. It says so right on their receipt and it was posted everywhere back in the costume section. I would do the returns if I could just to save the heartache but the system literally will not let me, so we've been calling the managers a lot the past couple days.
