I just got my beastly Y580 today, and it's so beautiful. I wonder if there are any other Lenovo stans here?
Lenovo is the best brand on the market right now.
If youre in IT, a Lenovo is a MUST HAVE. The hardware can stand up to those long hours your computer may be on for, and you can boot just about every OS on there, unlike most brands (I'm looking at you, Sony Vaio )

I am ready to install 1000 virtual machines on it for projects. And Sony They're just as trash as Toshiba. I'm also quite surprised that Dell actually got a tad better.
Not to mention Lenovo's are pretty much known for durablity. Lenovo's can last for well over ten years in the field.
the only downside is that they ship it with too little hard Drive space. 240 GB? cmon son. I swapped that **** out before I even left the store lol
I don't have the 1080 version, I have the 768 because the former is like 150 dollars more.. and I don't really care about density as much as long as I get amazing FPS..

Yeah.. they're shipping process is... quite inefficient.. it takes weeks to get delivered.. and they actually gave me the wrong UPS track. but other than than... they chicklet keyboard alone is so beautiful

yeah super high density on a laptop isnt really a big issue. Its a big screen, and the resolution settings in Windows would pretty much render all that pretty much useless.

Their practically glorified hot plates. They overheat and end up melting the solder to components on the motherboard. Made some serious coin fixing those things lol
