Does 1 Million today equal about 3 Million back then...
It's no secret album sales have been in the pits the last few years. So would you say 1 million in album sales equals 3 million in 1999, 2000, 2001?

I would say thats more or less a fair estimate, especially when u take into consideration things like album leaks + the internet ( illegal downloading).

I think it depends artist by artist though. I think certain genres of albums have been more effected by the digital age than others.
