A tough call, they're both legendary and iconic in their own right. Elton is an esteemed pianist, songwriter and performer from the glam rock hayday 70s to now, and still he remains relevant. Madonna is the queen of pop, breaking boundaries since the late 80s and arguably setting the stage for many female acts onwards, while still working on her own material and consistently touring since the 2000s. Right now, both are giving us catty old queen nonsense, but I have to go for Madge.
