I hate saying "superior" cause that means one is "inferior" and I don't think either one have anything to feel unaccomplished about.
That said... I think Beyonce has made a much bigger stamp on the music world and on the lives on women everywhere.
Now, I think P!nk could have, but I don't really think she wants to. She's more about being a performer and owning that stage. I think P!nk beats out Beyonce in terms of touring, but thats about it. And I honestly don't think she even cares.
Pink is a unique artist in the sense that she is very successful and yet isn't put up on a pedestal in the same way that many top Pop artists are. She gets the hits and success without necessarily being in the spotlight.
