I think Pink Is underrated and it's sad because she has enjoyable music, Is a charismatic performer, with a kick ass attitude but Beyonce's has a bigger presense on the industry and the bigger star power
Finally, an unbiased viewpoint spilling the true tea. Where are the lies? *Searches for lies*
Of cos Beyonce is going to have more impressive album/record stats. Her songs are instant club-bangers, hits, catered to the general public. We live in an era where a song like Tic Toc can reign 9 weeks at the apex, by the way. And because her songs are popular, naturally Beyonce's status as a queen is cemented. She's celebrated and people are going to love her songs.
Conversely: I'm not going to hear Stupid Girls/I Don't Believe You/Funhouse/Sober/Who Knew/ Trouble in the club? P!nk's songs are not hits: but they are classic. E.g:
The View's hosts talking about Stupid Girls, Dear Mr President in 2009, THREE years after they were released.
And I'm sorry: P!nk's Grammy performance still gets talked about. During her recent radio tours, DJs are still asking her about it.
This MTV article about Grammy 2012 should prove it:
Pink's performance of "Glitter in the Air" captivated the audience so much that when they cut back to the show, the entire crowd groaned.
Beyonce has an amazing career but I'm so fed up with people discounting P!nk and saying "Single Ladies > P!nk's entire career". No. I can easily make a statement like that (e.g. my previous statement about 1 performance > 6 awards by Daddy).
There are other factors contributing to career superiority. Sold out concerts, artistic integrity, etc.
