4. Blackout is really good and consistent, but it never reaches the highs that 4 does.

I'm going for Blackout. It's the Britney album with the highest ratio of "Listenable:Non-Listenable" songs for me.
I can see what Bey tried to do with 4, but I don't think she achieved it.

Blackout. Although I absolutely love 4, Blackout still reminds me of the 2007 Britney which make it twice as great as it is.
