Golden Globes are obsessed with jumping on new shows generally.
Jane the Virgin was also helped with a bunch of critical adoration, with TCA noms for Performance and Comedy, and being the 3rd highest ranked network show on end-of-the-year T10 lists. It had massive respect.
Characters like grace and Ted are plain for a reason. They're meant to ground the show and give it some reality. And scream queens really needs it bc everyone is a caricature (including grace but hers is so subtle). I think she'll come into herself next season though.
In the real world, in these situations, I think most of us are more likely to act like #5
Such an amazing show
The finale was pretty lackluster, especially as the season was getting better and better. I really wanted at least Chanel #1 to get away completely free and to have learned absolutely nothing
Really hoping there's a second season!
n if our "survivors" are Grace, Hester, Chad, Zayday & Cathy.
After the finale I don't trust Ryan with the whole survivor thing anymore.
I guess we'll just have a few of them return as the main cast and the rest as recurring characters. I don't want all of them to return as main characters because I want to see some new faces.
Um, Zayday managed to be "normal" and grounded the show and acted as a foil to the others without being obnoxiously boring like Grace & Pete, so I fail to see the point that Grace was intentionally boring.
God. A Grace reveal would've been perfect. It would've solved everything.
Hopefully she continues on her way to being less-boring next season.
Her initial eagerness to kill Cathy shows some promise
Started the season again. The first episode(s) are so good Rewatching it, I still see a lot of evidence towards a Grace reveal. The ending was totally changed.
There's no way Grace WASN'T the intended killer. Something had to have changed, which ALWAYS happens because Ryan doesn't properly plan **** out. Ryan's shows would be 100% better if he had all scripts finished before filming began.

!!! The amount of plot holes + all the info for it to be Grace can't be denied. Hester was a late switch. I'd bet money on it
