I don't think it's getting cancelled, my sources said that they are already working on season 2 and scheduling the project and I don't think FOX would let them start scheduling if the show was getting cancelled. But well, it could still happen. Nothing's confirmed.

I was just watching the pilot again, Grace's "I just want a regular coffee, I can't stand those white girl lattes", right after she introduced herself as "seņorita awesome"

Honestly one of the worst main characters I've ever had the displeasure of watching. This show was amazing outside of her. And here I was thinking you couldn't get anymore vanilla and boring than Ted from HIMYM.

Lmao.  Here's hoping Grace is killed off early in the season.
Hopefully it's brutal, like, the killer ties rope around each of her extremities and applies a pulling force to each rope, ripping each limb off. Then, as she lay on the ground limbless, the killer comes up and slashes her stomach, pulling out her intestines and wrapping it around her neck, finally ending one of the least interesting characters ever written.

I don't think it's going to be cancelled. It did well on other platforms right? plus Jamie Lee Curtis getting a Golden Globe nom will give the show some credibility.

Grace wasn't THAT bad, the 'final' girl in horrors is always supposed to be a basic bitch anyway. she was really dumb and not in a fun way like the chanels, chad, and denise though

I agree, another Jane the virgin situation? The gloves saved that show. Jlc is phenomenal in everything I swear. And grace has grown on me so much in the second half of the season, I can stand her now. She has potential to be my fav but she needs to be less Disney channel

Characters like grace and Ted are plain for a reason. They're meant to ground the show and give it some reality. And scream queens really needs it bc everyone is a caricature (including grace but hers is so subtle). I think she'll come into herself next season though.

Um, Zayday managed to be "normal" and grounded the show and acted as a foil to the others without being obnoxiously boring like Grace & Pete, so I fail to see the point that Grace was intentionally boring.
God. A Grace reveal would've been perfect. It would've solved everything.

I'm watching the sleepover episode and Chanel #1 had it figured OUT
I mean she didn't know the actual motives and but she accused Hester and then Pete (who actually was the killer that episode and killed the twin)

I still think Zayday should have taken Grace's place. She literally could do everything Grace did but less annoying. It would also mean we could say "delete it fat" to Wes & Pete and that Earl Grey would actually have more scream time and have a reason for being a main character.
I literally don't get why Zayday, the exact opposite of Chanel, joins the sorority and becomes co president with her character foil yet we're forced to focus on Grace

zayday had no memorable moments and was barely there, in most scenes she has just a few lines so it was easy for her not to be boring but grace was the main character (along with the Chanel's, the dean, and the killers) so her plain Jane Disney girl act got old very quickly. But at times you could tell that it was on purpose. They're using grace to make fun of the Sydney prescotts of horror movies, it's apparent most when grace talks about sisterhood.

I agree with this. Zayday manages to have almost the exact same ideals as Grace, and manages to do a lot of things that Grace only exists to do, yet she doesn't manage to be OBNOXIOUS. Everything that doesn't work for Grace actually works for Zayday, and that even includes the hats. 
Lord. If Zayday was the main "normal" girl instead of Grace, this show actually would've been perfect. But a Grace reveal was the closest we could've gotten to fixing that.

And this was the problem. Zayday should've been the foil. Not Grace.

I think season 2 is a given considering FOX made that statement about dropping live ratings and this show did really well on other platforms. Mess @ anyone saying they don't want season 2 because the finale flopped. Yes it flopped, but we had 12 amazing episodes. If I get 12 more, I'll be happy.
