Breakfast - Special K cereal or greek yogurt with fruit
Snack - whichever of the two above I didn't eat for breakfast
Lunch - Spaghetti w/ turkey meatballs & green beans on the side
Snack - Apple / Mango / some other fruit
Dinner - baked chicken, brown rice, broccoli
My baked chicken is either fajitas, BBQ, or lemon pepper.
My boyfriend and I eat all of this for a week for about $60.
