You don't have to make those exact meals

but I've been weekly prepping my meals for about two months now and it's extremely easy in the long run.
My boyfriend and I share two packages of boneless, skinless chicken breast. One cooked as fajitas, one cooked as BBQ or some kind of herb. I make a ton of brown rice, bake some vegetables like broccoli and carrots for ten minutes, and some corn bread as well. We'll buy instant oatmeal and greek yogurt for breakfast. In total, it takes me about 2-1/2 hours on Sunday to get ready for the week and that's not a constant 2-1/2 of work either.
