There tend to be two types of lasagna lovers, those that like it firm and tall and those that like it sloppier, creamier and cheesier. I am definitely in the latter camp but have had numerous examples of moist, elegant, delicious "firm" lasagna. What I got here was a firm, dried out, tasteless brick.

come on how can you serve a dried up slice of lasagna and charge 23 dollars? The freshest thing on the plate was the chopped parsley.

I definitely don't love this album, I know she can do 10x better than this mess, but I love her as a person, so I will always support her. ARTPOP in itself is a very polarizing and divided pop release. Half of the album is terrible, the other half is brilliant. I know though that she will return to form eventually.

He was behind her campaigns and promo, I think. He's one of the biggest reasons why she got so big and became the biggest pop star in the world at some point!

Her promo wouldn't have fallen through without him though. I doubt sales would be much different right now if she hadn't fired him. Perhaps in the long run.

Both image as music are a problem. But the music is a more important problem. With tracks called "Onion Girl" you can look like Jolie during her peak but you still won't sell many copies.

Idk, I still love this album and it is still my favorite album for her. It doesn't contain my favorite songs from her, but as a whole, a much more solid release than her others imo.

Hope things start looking up for her, but if they don't, at least we stan for a fave that actually switches it up from era to era.

To be perfectly honestly I was extremely let down upon first time and I still don't love the album

She's cool within the last years to her critics, but then again she's only human and can only take a certain amout of beating.

To each of our own I guess when listening to the album. But I think ARTPOP as a whole album is struggling to find a theme and identity. When an album full of songs about love and sex, I think ARTPOP isn't the best title to convey that message.

I think she had more casual listeners on her side than we thought....Applause was a mistake, what she needed was a massive smash hit to take over the world, win people back and build a momentum. Sadly the song might have done good in the US but it didn't do anything for her WW and it just wasn't the song an artist should release after being away for 2 years...

She has promo and Black Friday next week though, then Christmas. It should be okay if she plays her cards right.
